Quotes & estimates

Quotes provided by ACRI Ltd following a site survey are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may be subject to change if the scope of work changes following the survey.

Installation work

All installation work is carried out by directly-employed, F-Gas certified engineers in accordance with relevant UK building and electrical regulations. Any structural or electrical issues discovered during installation that fall outside the original quote will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Guarantees

Installations carried out by ACRI Ltd are covered by a minimum 5-year parts & labour guarantee, in addition to any manufacturer warranty on the equipment installed. Guarantees may be void if annual servicing is not maintained, or if work is carried out on the system by a third party.

Payment terms

A deposit is typically required to confirm a booking, with the balance due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

Domestic customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of agreeing to a contract signed off-premises, in line with UK consumer contract regulations.
